The Chicago arrival of SafeHouse — the spy-themed restaurant and bar that has been a Milwaukee favorite for more than 50 years — garnered plenty of buzz, including coverage in the Chicago Business Journal. This Gettys Group interior design project is located in The Marcus Corp’s AC Hotel in River North, which was designed by the specialized Gettys ONE team focusing on select-service hotels.

“The SafeHouse Chicago will highlight original espionage artifacts, including the flight deck from an authentic spy plane donated by the man who flew it in World War II, as well as a piece of the Berlin Wall,” stated the online article. “It will feature a sleek Interpol Bar, a gadget bar, a “Spybrary,” Seduction Lounges and an Interrogation Room. The Chicago firm The Gettys Group Companies led the design of the new SafeHouse.”
