This leader will partner closely with executive leadership and studio heads to align sales strategy with business priorities, with a strong emphasis on profitability, pipeline quality, and long-term client value. This is a critical leadership role at a pivotal moment for Gettys. As the firm continues to evolve its strategy, systems, and market approach, the Head of Sales will play a key role in driving Focus & Urgency—ensuring the organization is pursuing the right opportunities, in the right way, with the right level of discipline. RFP Specialist

Position Summary The Gettys Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Business Development Operations Specialist to lead the end-to-end development of proposals and pursuits across our studios—Interior Design, Branding, and Procurement. This role is central to how we show up to clients. You will manage the full RFP lifecycle—from intake through final submission—ensuring every response is thoughtful, strategic, visually compelling, and aligned with the Gettys brand. You’ll partner closely with Business Development, Design, Branding, and Procurement teams to bring our story to life in a way that is both structured and inspiring. Position Summary The Procurement Coordinator supports hospitality design and procurement projects from concept through completion by coordinating sourcing, purchasing, vendor communication, and order execution. This role is essential to maintaining strong supply chain operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and helping deliver seamless projects with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. Responsibilities Support parts of or an entire project depending on scope in conjunction with team leadership Maintain and update project timelines relating to purchasing scope of work Assist in negotiating pricing and lead time for products Understand specification translation for the purposes of bidding, budgeting and issuing Purchase Orders Collect administrative documents during the close out process, such as warranty, flame certificates and cleaning information Manage communications with freight forwarding / logistics companies, ensuring delivery of product and resolving outstanding issues Requirements Bachelor’s Degree – Business/Supply Chain or Hospitality major desired. Project Manager – Contract

Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at The Gettys Group as a contractor. This role is crucial in driving the successful execution of creative projects and elevating the overall client experience. This role requires someone with a collaborative mindset and a passion for making things happen. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project coordination across all phases, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal design teams to move projects forward efficiently. Support design leadership by organizing project schedules, meeting agendas, and documentation. Review, mark up, and coordinate drawings and design documents using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Figma, Enscape, and Specsources. Serve as liaison between design, branding, business development and procurement teams, ensuring smooth communication and information flow. Oversee FF&E coordination and vendor communications, including sample requests and approvals. Maintain and update project libraries and digital resources. Assist with training and mentoring design assistants and interns on project workflows. Contribute to project presentations, design packages, and client deliverables. Requirements 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within a creative agency, in-house team, or similar environment. Proven experience leading creative projects and managing project budgets. Experience in hospitality, branding, or hotel design projects is a strong plus. PMP or other project management certification is a bonus, but not required. Deep organizational skills with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and at all organizational levels. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Passion for design and empowering creative teams. A clear communicator who can articulate creative vision and project logistics effectively across teams.
