A Suburban Oasis

Inspired by the resort’s bucolic setting, the renovation of the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort emphasizes a natural, understated elegance and serenity. The design capitalizes on the beauty of its surroundings by incorporating ample natural light, muted earth tones, and gentle, rhythmic patterns and textures.

The resort, spread across 175 acres, was fully upgraded and modernized to meet the needs of today’s savvy guests. The open layout and flexible FF&E adheres to Marriott brand standards for the Greatroom, with designated Welcome, Social, and Business zones. A sleek hearth and dynamic lounge seating in the atrium lobby invite guests to linger, while dramatic lighting provides ambiance and sets the tone for the evening.

Food and beverage outlets were reimagined, with interiors revamped to become a destination dining option in the area. Three Embers, a signature restaurant specializing in locally sourced cuisine, features rich textures and tones, incorporating warm wood finishes and plush upholstered seating for an elevated experience. Wide-planked parquet flooring contributes to the luxurious yet contemporary aesthetic.

Significant reprogramming and spatial planning were conducted to develop a dynamic M Club space for Marriott loyalists, bringing the resort up to brand standards. The soothing, muted palette extends to guest areas, with warm neutrals on display. Carpets and wallcoverings provide fluidity and texture.
