Centuries before the country songs and the miles of neon, Nashville was a place of lush riverbanks and warming sulfur springs. This place of extraordinary beauty and rich resources developed into a hotspot with an enormous cool factor where the artistic and adventurous want to be. In the middle of that bustle, we helped envision a natural oasis that recalls the history and fauna of central Tennessee.
When our due diligence showed that an existing structure could not be renovated to adequately fit the market’s unique needs, we worked with Marriott to create a new TownPlace Suites on the one-acre lot. With over 8 million square feet of office space surrounding the property and nearby attractions like Bridgestone Arena and Music City Center, our research showed an affordable hotel brand would be best positioned for success in this up-and-coming submarket.
The hotel will include a complimentary breakfast area, exercise facilities, meeting spaces and a business center. To integrate more local flavor, the ground-floor retail space will be developed into an independent coffee shop, and the rooftop bar will offer unparalleled views of the state capitol.
