In an online article penned by Contributing Editor Mick Tan, Hotel Management highlighted The Gettys Group Companies’s work on Godfrey Hotel & Cabanas Tampa, in collaboration with Oxford Capital Group.
“The renovation added 15 new guestrooms and updated all of the hotel’s existing guestrooms and suites, which got new hardwood flooring, marble countertops, new mattresses, new double-sink vanities, frameless walk-in showers, backlit LED mirrors, new furnishings, and nautical-inspired room accents.
The lobby renovation, meanwhile, added a café and wine bar, reinvented the resort’s waterside restaurant and bar and made improvements to the exterior.”
